We want you to love your SilkFlow Mini. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
How To Request a Refund To initiate a return, email us at silkflowteam@silkflowmini.com with:
- Your reason for returning the item
- A clear photo of the product
Once we review your request, we will get back to you with our decision within 2–3 business days.
Eligibility Items must be returned in reasonable condition. We reserve the right to decline any return or refund request based on the photos and reason provided.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Processing Once your return is approved and we receive the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
