We want you to love your SilkFlowMini. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in reasonable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
